What You Bring
- 1+ year barista experience
- Espresso fundamentals solid
- Latte art — at least competent
- Can work a rush without panic
- Team player, zero attitude
Bonus Points
- Filter / pour-over experience
- SCA barista certification
- Sensory training or cupping
- Guest-facing confidence
- Obsessed with good coffee
